3. How often do I reveive a payment statement?
Billing is usually carried out monthly, but there is the possibility of specifying different billing schedules. The invoice containing the individual list of journeys is made available digitally to the desired contact person in your organisation.
4. Can this service also be used with any existing OBUs?
It is possible for some OBU devices to continue to be used alongside our OBU device. This can be clarified with our Customer Care centre if you inform us of the specific type of OBU concerned.
